South Coast indie rockers Myriad have released their new single 'Getting Started'.
Myriad have released their newest single 'Getting Started', which is the fourth single to come from their upcoming EP 'Move to LA'. 'Getting Started' blends clean modern indie with classic 00's indie rock. For this new song Myriad drew inspiration from bands like Catfish and the Bottlemen, Sea Girls and Arctic Monkeys.
"'Getting Started' is about renewing with someone you've had a turbulent history with, and experiencing the honeymoon phase all over again, even though they have led you on in the past, and you know it's probably not going to end well." - (Myriad)
'Getting Started' is typical Myriad, the track is vibrant indie rock with lyrics that many people can relate to. The chorus is likely to get stuck in your head and the beat will have you bopping along. I honestly don't have too much to say on this one, the vocals feel a little stronger than the last couple of songs I've heard from Myriad but overall, it's just another good track, but also one that could get lost in their discography. It is however still worth checking out and hanging around for their EP 'Move to LA'.
