Sixth Wonder dive right back into the heavy with dark new single 'IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?'
New single 'IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?' takes on a dark tone while sharing a very personal story of a vocalist losing their voice and the fears that come with that. Less than a year since their debut EP 'Prologue' the pop, metal, djent (these guys could basically fit any and every genre) act Sixth Wonder have already reached some remarkable heights. To name a few the trio gained track of the week twice on BBC Radio 1 Introducing Rock, have over 900,000 lifetime streams, 3.5 million TikTok views and 30,000 monthly Spotify listeners. New single 'IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?' dives right back into the heavy after cinematic pop previous release 'Missile'. It shows off just how vocalist Rebekah Kirk took the struggle and forged her voice into something even more powerful.

Hitting hard from the get-go this track is completely different from previous release 'Missile'. I would argue this is possibly their most intense release to date with dark twisting guitar melodies and the crushing weight of the vocal, gutterals taking over most of the track. Even in the chorus when that lighter vocal melody comes in the guitars keep it dark and as the song progresses it feels as though it is continuously spiraling out into something uncontainable yet amazing. I am a big fan of Sixth Wonder and everything they release but for me 'IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?' is their most polished and mature sounding piece yet proving how they just keep getting better.
