New break-up anthem 'I'm A Wreck' from pop-punk trio Roommates is available to listen to now.
Released on the 7th of July you're new pop-punk, break-up anthem is ready to be consumed. Roommates are a trio that are keeping the spirit of pop-punk alive. Their sound could easily be inspired by pop-punk legends Blink 182 with that recognizable sort of whiny vocal. These vocals are delivered by frontman Jack Gleeson who through his various musical ventures has gained an impressive following of 20k+ across social media. Not only can the frontman hold an audience, but this band overall have a really attractive sound that contains relatable topics. Written in the wake of a break-up 'I'm A Wreck' is an anthem of self-loathing, regret and ultimately forgiveness. This new single is taken from Roommates upcoming 3-track EP which will be released in August. 'I'm A Wreck' is a song that is instantly catchy, and any pop-punk lover is going to enjoy this one. There is a strong Blink 182 feeling to this song and these guys are definitely up there for me as one of the best new modern pop-punk bands. So, give 'I'm A Wreck' a listen and make sure to add it to your pop-punk and break-up playlists.
