MANTAH return with their explosive new single 'Start'

After a period of silence MANTAH are back with their brand new single 'Start', which is taken from their upcoming album 'Antidote'. The group from Belgium take a dynamic approach to the metal sound. Razor-edged, no messing around, they bring high energy while blending modern metal with a rawness inspired by bands from the 90's. MANTAH's upcoming album sees them working with Polderrecords (Gnome, Hemelbestormer) instead of independently like their previous release.

'Start' is a massive track that sees MANTAH's sound take on a subtle industrial influence. This one could easily be taken from a late 90's album but it's got just enough of a modern vibe to keep it in the present. It's one of those songs that you don't only want to listen to but it makes you want to move, especially in the huge chanting chorus. I love the chorus of this one but my absolute favourite moment is the pre-breakdown into the breakdown, MANTAH have achieved something really fun there and too be honest in the whole track. 'Start' as a song sits somewhere between angry and harsh while also being ridiculously fun. I am very happy I have got to discover this band.
