HYPERSTASIS release mammoth sized new single 'Memorial'.
Scotlands HYPERSTASIS have released their single 'Memorial' alongside a new music video. With a handful of singles and an EP already under their belts the nu-metal/post-hardcore act dive into something a little heavier and rougher with their new release. This new single is the bands first release with new drummer Bob and the large track tells a story of trying to silence out the self loathing or negative thoughts and feelings that we can have about ourselves. HYPERSTASIS are a band I've listened to a little bit here and there but no song in their discography has stood out to me as much as 'Memorial', the Scottish group are breathing a new life and energy into their sound delivering something stormy and melodic as well as rough and heavy. I'm a massive fan of how bouncy this one is and how the energy seems to build throughout. This is definitely something a little different for HYPERSTASIS but it's a sound I can fully get behind.
