Alternative outfit Twin Skeletons continue to deliver their unique BRAT metalcore sound with brand new anger fueled single 'PACESETTER'. Established in 2023 the last couple of years have seen Twin Skeletons earn their place as one of undeniably the most exciting bands up and coming at the moment. Not only are they captivating audiences and selling out venues up and down the country but their metal inspired coming of age sound is perfectly relevant and incredibly addictive. The four piece have seen support from the likes of Alyx Holcombe and with new single 'PACESETTER' the group are bringing something that is more than likely to put them on even more people's radars. Drawing inspiration from artists like Poppy, Spiritbox, Sleep Token while being comparable to other rising acts like South Arcade or Knife Bride, Twin Skeletons have bottled a modern energy in their sweet tasting metalcore edged tracks. Thundering in like a slap in the face 'PACESETTER' will wake you up. The insanely energetic piece takes dark Nova Twins like riffs and wraps that up with a sugary vocal melody creating something moreish. The anger laced with sweet tones gives the single a sort of venomous edge and as the breakdown comes in later in the track it truly explodes with those emotions. Having just listened to this one song from Twin Skeletons not only has 'PACESETTER' got me running to check out the rest of their discography but their massive energy and use of not only big riffs but electronic elements has me hoping they play a show near me soon.
