Godeth return with exciting new single 'Vestige'.

Leeds groove/death metal act Godeth have released their exciting new single 'Vestige'. After a successful 2025 which saw the release of two excellent singles 'Fleshmonger' and 'Leeches', Godeth are now back and better than ever. Since their formation in 2018 the group have made their presence known in the heaviest of scenes with their fusion of brutal death metal, raw intensity and the way they add in the crushing weight of groove. Having performed all over the UK Godeth have earned a loyal fan base picking up new listeners at every stop. After six months of 'Vestige' standing as a popular staple in their live set the song is now available to listen to in your own home.

The crushing weight of this track is felt right from the opening death metal riff that sucks you in before your hit even harder by the groove of the drums that seem to propel the song into something faster and ready to take on the intensity of the vocals that follow. Everything about this track is exciting from the groove to the heavy, to the raw intensity. I truly believe this one would be impossible to press skip on and it has me so ready to see what else Godeth have in store for 2026 because if 'Vestige' is anything to go by then I have no doubt that this will be their year.
