Alternative metal band Fallen Ashes have released their newest single 'Wage War'.
Fallen Ashes have released their brand-new metal track 'Wage War'. Based in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, Fallen Ashes began in 2022. The five-piece alternative metal project have previously made it through to the semi-finals of the Metal 2 the Masses competition and are perfect for fans of bands like Bullet For My Valentine, Alter Bridge and Architects. 'Wage War' is the second single to come from Fallen Ashes with their debut single 'Pennywise' having been released a couple of years ago in 2022. My favourite thing about this new single is the power of the guitars, from the intro I found myself hooked. It's very modern metal with vocals that sound classic giving Fallen Ashes a unique edge. I would say I don't find the chorus to be as strong as the verses but I can hear a lot of potential in this band. Having spent a lot of time myself watching gigs in the Scottish heavy music gig circuit, these guys fit into that sound wise. 'Wage War' has an energy and fierceness that shows so much growth from Fallen Ashes debut release. I know they are working on their debut EP and if 'Wage War' is anything to go by then I'm excited to hear it.
