Blank Atlas are back with bright new single 'No Good'.

Bristol trio Blank Atlas return with single 'No Good'. The new track is written about the angst of letting your loved ones down and desperately wanting to be better.

"The song was actually inspired after watching an episode of Love Island. A lot of the people on the show will always say someone's 'No Good' when they've been done dirty. I thought that'd be a fun little lyric to work into a song. The song came pretty quickly after that, so we've got Love Island to thank for that one! I also really like the chords we used for this one which was inspired by bands like Lower Than Atlantis (RIP). I also recorded the drums for this with a sprained ankle, so that was fun!" - (Tom Thould, Drums & Vocals, Blank Atlas)

Complete with catchy lyrics, a vibrant melody and everything else that makes this song so addictive 'No Good' is a step into something greater for Blank Atlas. This is a band I've listened to for a while now but this release shows off how much they've grown as songwriters and this one truly is a hit in my eyes. The alternative track is perfect for singing a long to, dancing with or having a mini headbang during the little alt rock breakdown. I am personally very excited to see what this new era of Blank Atlas brings.
