Heavy rockers Blacklight Vice dive into heavier more aggressive waters on new track 'Blood In The Teeth'.
Blacklight Vice release their first single with new vocalist Drew Knowles and it's their most aggressive piece to date. The rock act from Southampton originally formed back in 2019 but now they're ready to take on a new heavier personality with a brand new lineup. Opening with the kind of rock swagger that's expected from bands like this 'Blood In The Teeth' lets you know from the get-go that it's not holding back. However the big energy is met with something I didn't expect, the intense chaos of the vocals that pull the track into something more modern heavy feeling. This track comes packed with attitude and is ready to take a bite out of anyone that stands in Blacklight Vice's way. Yet even with the fierce verses the band still manage to give listeners a little time to boogie with the catchy, upbeat chorus that is firmly rooted in a big rock sound. This is potentially Blacklight Vice at their best and I'm excited to see how they continue on their journey.
