Edinburgh four-piece A Ritual Spirit are releasing their explosive next single 'Revolutionary' on the 6th of October with a video following the next week.
Bridging the gap between last release 'Elements I' and the highly anticipated 'Elements II', A Ritual Spirit are releasing their standalone single 'Revolutionary' on the 6th of October via Disposable Noise Records. Having performed at the likes of Bloodstock, Wildfire, Breaking Bands and numerous other festivals, A Ritual Spirit are a band that are gaining traction, and rightly so. The Edinburgh based group take inspiration from the likes of Alice In Chains, Seether and Alter Bridge yet their sound cannot be pinned to any specific genre, taking a bit of rock, a bit of grunge, a bit of metal, A Ritual Spirit have created a sound that it is entirely their own. I have to admit that they're a band I find really interesting stylistically and I have been enjoying their music for a while now. Upcoming single 'Revolutionary' takes this fictional type of approach, displaying a post-apocalyptic wasteland of the mind but using this to show off the very real battle with inner demons that everyone faces, then showing how we can triumph against those demons. 'Revolutionary' was produced by Jamie Gilchrist (King Witch) and the video was directed by ex-Exploited guitarist Robbie Davidson. 'Revolutionary' is an energetic single that comes with a healthy dose of grit. It's easy to see why fans of Seether or Alice In Chains would like these guys. A Ritual Spirit don't have a dull moment in their discography and this explosive and loud track just adds to their strength. I really like 'Revolutionary', and I personally can't wait till it's officially released on the 6th of October so I can add it to all my heavy "F*ck Sh*t Up" playlists. 'Revolutionary' has me excited and I am also eagerly anticipating the video release on the 13th of October.
