Cleveland's Unhealthy While Unhinged have unleashed their ferocious new single 'Lumos', which features Koly Kolgate.

Unhealthy While Unhinged deliver raw and relentless NuCore with their track 'Lumos'. Tearing out of Cleveland's underground scene in record speed Unhealthy While Unhinged, or UwU are rapidly gaining fans from all over. In just two months the group went from basements to a full-fledged touring act and they aren't showing any signs of slowing down. The four misfits high-voltage sound throws together brutal breakdowns, trap beats and darkly sarcastic lyrics making them not only deeply relatable but unpredictable too. 'Lumos' is the bands third release and it's already seeing reasonable success.

The high intensity track fits very easily into the NuCore sound that's popular at the moment. The song opens with a raw energy and harsh vocals to match, while the chorus's take more of a modern melodic metalcore approach. The song also features a rap piece that fits the whole style nicely. 'Lumos' is a track that is right up my street and I'm far from surprised that these guys are gaining the attention of heavy music fans as quickly as they are. I love this whole track yet my absolute favourite moment is at the end when I truly believed it was over yet it came back heavier than ever, so if you check this one out that's definitely worth sticking around for.
