Keepers new heart-warming track 'He's On The Fence' is an anthem about being unapologetically yourself that's drenched in pop-punk nostalgia.

Brand new track from Keeper 'He's On The Fence' is packed with heart-stopping, heart-warming nostalgia. The alt-pop-rock artist has been making big waves in the alternative music scene with their own brand of personal and honest storytelling through bright pop heavy tracks. Heavily inspired by the Netflix hit show Heartstopper 'He's On The Fence' lyrically speaks about sexuality, self-discovery and infatuation.
"[Heartstopper] wasn't perfect, but it was probably the most real portrayal of self-discovery I'd ever seen on screen, (or at least in a while). Male bi characters (queer characters in general) are so often reduced to comic relief or background dressing. [...] they rarely feel real. Heartstopper captured the rush, uncertainty, and vulnerability in a way that really stuck with me. Being bi isn't something I've ever advertised. It's nobody's business but my own, and I've never been into turning something so personal into a promo point. That said, I've never hidden it either. I always figured it was pretty obvious." - (Keeper)
'He's On The Fence' is potentially one of my favourite Keeper songs to date, the energetic and heart-warming vibe feels like being wrapped in a warm, comfortable blanket. The rock blended pop melodies create a sound that's moreish with just enough of a punch to it. There's a sort of innocence to 'He's On The Fence' that in my opinion would make it fit easily into a coming of age film, Keeper definitely captures the essence of discovering who you are and becoming someone that you would never apologize for being.
