Fast rising British metal act Aleya release new single 'Sapphire Skies'.
Aleya release their hyper new single 'Sapphire Skies'. Forming back in 2019 Aleya have spent years firmly cementing their place in the metal scene. With headline shows under their belt as well as opening for artists like Oceans Ate Alaska, Defences, Cabin Boy Jumped Ship, Overthrone and Exist Immortal to name a few, Aleya have been gaining fans at every stop. Previous releases also saw the group gain support from Kerrang! Radio and BBC Radio One. New single 'Sapphire Skies' is a synth-laden metalcore track with a fiercely modern edge. The hyper bouncy piece has an intensity that's unmistakable but the track as a whole reminds me a lot of fun metalcore tracks from the early 2010's. From moments that thunder with a gripping intensity to emo type vocals melodies, to synth heavy moments and a big breakdown, to even a little guitar solo 'Sapphire Skies' packs in everything, showing exactly what Aleya are capable of.
